Hi-swing has all the advantages of our Hi-fold door i.e. made to clients specific requirements; can have optional personnel doors and windows; can take a variety of cladding options plus insulation; no need for obtrusive floor tracks; provides a canopy when fully open ensuring all year round protection and has the option of a maintenance package which includes a 24 hour call out.
The Hi-swing door has few moving parts and hydraulics are very reliable which means that we can offer a 7 year guarantee on all the Hi-swing doors we install. In addition to the single or 3ph pump we install a secondary 12v or 24v DC pump, batteries and charger so that you are not caught out in the event of a power cut.
The door is “CE” certified and incorporates several safety features including a “Motion control counterbalance valve”, “cross relief valve”, and a “Velocity Fuse” on each cylinder. If a hose blows out the door will stay open.
Hydraulic doors can be manufactured as a standard size up to 30m wide x 8m high but larger sizes can be accommodated on request.
Almost any type of cladding/glazing can be carried. 15Kg/m is typical but much greater loads can be catered for and can be quoted on request.
These doors are designed to cope with very high wind speeds and each door is created with its location in mind meaning that wind speeds of 40m/s (90mph) would not be a problem. Either open or closed this is one of the strongest doors in the World.
We achieve a full opening width and almost full opening height so you can choose to have your door made open to any angle up to 100 degrees.
The steel work is hot dip galvanised to last a lifetime and the complete system is “CE” certified.
Our door also features a safety beam and safety edges inside and out as well as flashing beacon and claxon as standard.Optional feature are endless but can include radio remote control, induction loops, additional or external key switches, solar panels where power is not available.
